Great reaction - this episode is fabulous. The shot of Sam/Ezekiel powering up is amazing. It's so powerful, but also his wings are so broken and kind of burnt looking, which is beautifully sad. I'm with you about Tracy, she's mostly just annoying, but I love Dean schooling her and making her understand that humans make mistakes. I also really love how after Tracy shoots Abaddon, Dean tells her he NEEDS her to go back to his car and get all these supplies, and acts like it's imperative, but in reality, he's just sending her away to protect her. Cause as soon as she runs off, he "relaxes" and turns to deal with Abaddon now that the kid is gone and safe. It's so very Dean, and it makes me love him even more, if such a thing were possible. ππ The scene between Dean and Abaddon is so amazing! Dean saying, "We gonna fight or make out? Cause I'm getting some real mixed signals here." is perfection, because there's undeniable chemistry between them. Though, as I've said many times, Jensen would have chemistry with a damp rag. I love what Dean said to Kevin at the end. In Dean-Speak "you're family" means "I love you." He so very rarely says the actual words, but he shows it in actions all the time. For example, you probably missed it - I know I did the first few times I watched it - but when Sam and Dean come back from dealing with Abaddon, Dean is carrying a bucket of fried chicken, but also a bottle of prune juice. Because Kevin said he was "pretty backed up" earlier. So, Dean bought him prune juice to make his tummy feel better. π It's such a sweet, caring, practical show of love. He takes care of people, protects them, saves them, that's how he tells people he loves them. β€οΈ Fabulous reaction, as always! I'm so excited for S9!! π
