This is an incredible episode - one of my faves of S8 for sure. Loved your reaction. The scene in the crypt between Dean and Cas is heartbreaking and then so sweet that Dean is able to reach Cas, even through the manipulation from Naomi. I'm 100% with you, and believe Naomi had every intention of making Cas kill Dean from the beginning. She's rotten. I cringe every time I see Dean's poor battered and bruised face. π±π₯Ί Love the scene at the end with Sam and Dean too. I also agree that Dean is handling everything really well, and saying just what he should to Sam, and, as always, he's taking care of his little brother very well. Yes, Meg is dead. And the main reason they killed the character off is because the actress who was playing her, Rachel Miner, has MS and it was getting harder and harder for her to play the role. So out of respect for Rachel and what she'd brought to the role, they ended the character after a little redemption arc, instead of recasting the role and just saying Meg simply moved to a new meat suit. It was sad to say goodbye to Meg. I really like her and Cas together, they're very cute. I wanted them to have the chance to "move some furniture around". π₯Ί Just an awesome episode and awesome reaction!
