But I enjoyed Stephen not being alone . Being with lexy . On first watch I didn't realize Elena lived her life and met with her family . The Vampire diares days were my favorite days of the week. What a fun ride with you .

2023-04-29 17:11:46 +0000 UTCI love this finale, I would have NEVER wanted a finale that isn't worth the quality standards of TVD with a stupit happy ending, where everybody is in love and live their life happily ever after. Something like that belong to Hallmak, not to TVD. Everybdy can write a silly happy ending but a finale that is meanningful, poetic, that close the circle perfectly is the stuff of epic shows as TVD is. Bonnie saved the world and got the chance to be a normal human. to be free to live her life to the fullest, to get a family in the future and to have Elena in her life, I think that is what she deserved, she deserved everything, not a life tied down to a vampire that couldn't give a family even if that was a great love. Caroline lost a lot, but she gain a family the kids and Damon and Elena, she is a Salvatore now and a new project in the name of Stefan a bording School for the young and gifted supernatural kids. Elena got to live a long life, as a doctor town married with human Damonand have a family as they wanted, and at the end or her life she find peace and got reunited with er family. Damon got to have a family with Elena, but the thing that hurted me was the fact that he had to live it without his beloved brother, he could have te joy to share it with him. Stefan came full circle, gave to Damon what he took from him, his life as human loved by the love of his life, and him avoided hell by doing a selfless act that completelly redeem him of his wrong doing, he never got accontable before this season, understood for the first time his brother worth as human being, and all he has givenup and was prepared to give up for him. For this fact he earned peace and an ethernity in peace with the person he love the most his brother Damon, because the real love story of TVD is the one between Stefan and Damon and they finally are together in peace and in perfect brotherly love as they where when they were young. Life isn't prefect, it comes with lots pain and joy but if you are surrownded by a tight net of loving family and friends, in the end you will be fine. I cannot think to a most beautiful and memorable finale then this. This is a show that will stay with you forever.

Bonnie has her magic, so she will travel the world until she can find a way to bring Enzo back then they live happily ever after. & Stefan dying never happened, I refuse to acknowledge that to this day π©π Just Imagine how iconic it would've been to have Benzo, Delena, & Steroline in ONE scene! My one wish. Moreover, I personally feel the ending would've been so much easier had Stefan & Damon died saving the town together. It started with them two so Damon living a long life without him is so sad. -P.S working up the courage to watch it with you because I know Im gonna be a teary mess.
