Katherine was they worst nightmare for like 4 seasons . It had to be Katherine. She loved them both . And Stephen killed her . So she out for revenge . She Dead. So Anything goes.

2023-04-26 12:19:19 +0000 UTCCade and Bonnie were physically there during the fight. Cade was with Stefan and Damon and then left because of whatever reason - leaving the dagger below in the cave. Which is why at first bonnie could only see Cade but not Damon (because he was actually there). Cade and Bonnie were distracted by the psychic fight and that’s how Stefan snuck up on Cade. I hope this makes sense, but the summary is Cade was physically present.
