I'm undecided a little like you but at the end of the day it isn't them so i wouldnt hold it against them forever. It's like being soulless and the best thing I can compare it to is soulless Sam in supernatural lol. I watch your reactions for that too so I know it'll make sense. He's a different person and as soon as he gets it back, he's back to the old sweet Sam.
