I have already updated the download link with the missing texture.
OR if you don't want to redownload the whole game again, you can crab the file from Paccsu 0.15/www/img/battlebacks1/SF_Concrete.png and place it in the 0.16 folder.
OR you can download the picture below and place it in Paccsu 0.16/www/img/battlebacks1
