Another crazy episode that left me analysing and theorising for ages to try and make sense of what was going on with the'Sinnerman' and Pierce. It looked like Pierce deliberately took him out when he could have just arrested him again... the plot thickens. The ending was amazing though in the penthouse. I had had my theories about Pierce like you but Cain? Cain? What a twist. Amazing! This episode was, I am told a mid season cliffhanger break. Next episode was so off the wall but I loved it- definitely one of my absolute faves!

Just for one episode longer than you expected :D Not sure whether or how much you are ahead of the posts here, but you actually might want to look up Cains background earlier rather than later. He is a relatively well known biblical figure and there are a few things that you'll miss or not fully understand if you don't have the "common knowledge". Wikipedia on Cain does not seem to have any spoilers for the show. Of course, that's just my opinion. Have a nice day :)
