2023-02-16 00:58:54 +0000 UTCI'm just saying if Klaus had expressed to Marcel that he really didn't want to go along with the plan in the first place; that he tried to get them to find another way. Then Marcel could see more of Klaus's progress he was making. Maybe Marcel would've responded less violently. Klaus almost got through to him until Elijah showed up on the bridge. I don't disagree with anything you're saying. I've said that their "Mikaelson way" is what led them to their doom.

Once Klaus found out why Elijah and Freya did what they did to davina he understood that they really had no choice, wasn’t just Klaus’s life on the line but also Hayley’s. No one liked the unavoidable solution that ultimately freya and Elijah took not even them but was no other way and Klaus understood that which is why he’s defending it in marcels eyes when it’s brought up then and when it had barley happened. This is why I presume that klaus wasnt “against it” as everyone was but if klaus was in that position and Elijah was instead with Hayley I can promise he would’ve taken the same actions because at the end of the day Mikaelsons will choose Mikaelsons. Not saying your wrong but that’s my idea on why Klaus continuously defended Elijahs and Freyas choice against marcel when it was brought up
