Hey Evie, Another great reaction! I also really enjoy the scene where Dean is trying to get through to Sam and using the cut on his hand to focus on because Sam didn’t have that cut when he was in the cage and the pain is different. Like Linda said, the Leviathans are many. If you remember when Cass went into the water last episode, it showed all the black ozze coming out of Cass in all different directions and then went into the water system. Once they touch someone, they can take their form, like the little girl did when she became the doctor and once they take a person’s form, they just eat that person. The problem is that all the different leviathans know what Dean, Sam and Bobby look like. When Bobby was in the morgue and the leviathan doctor recognized him, he said something like “we all saw you through the angels eyes” when they were still inside Cass with the other souls. One thing that I didn’t notice the first time I watched season 7 is that the new “Supernatural” opening sequence is the black ooze splattering over the word “Supernatural” See you for the next episode 😊

You had all the same worry and relief I did watching it for the first time, and really seemed able to understand everything happening. Plus you saying at the end that Edgar got squished and then just "un-squished", made me laugh. 😄 That was my exact reaction the first time too - like wtf?! He can get crushed and then still just walk it off?! Don't feel bad for needing a minute to notice the real Dean entering the picture. It was the same for me the first time I watched it. I was waiting for you to catch it, cause I could see you were shocked by the way "Dean" was acting. And yeah, same! I was SO relieved when we found out it wasn't actually Dean. Cause you're right too, that how he really reacted is absolutely true to character, and it made me so happy to see. Even though Sam's confusion and distress was heartbreaking. 😔 So, just one note - it isn't just one big leviathan, there were a bunch inside Cas, so there are a whole bunch of them out and about and gulping down humans, and shape-shifting into them! 😮🤢 Loving the start to S7!
