I’ll explain it to u because it isn’t explained in the show and it doesn’t spoil anything. Lord Urcheon saved Pavetta’s father many years ago. He claimed the law of surprise. The surprise of course being Pavetta which is why he was saying that she belongs to him. Geralt claims the law of surprise and says “give me that that you already have, but do not know.” Urcheon did not know that Pavetta was pregnant, so in this case the surprise is Ciri, so ur correct in this is how they are linked and destined to find each other. And when she threw up that’s when Geralt and everyone realizes Pavetta is pregnant. So correct again that’s why he said Damn 😂
