The legacy of GOT should have been a perfect series but was ruined with the priority of momentary plot twists instead of fulfilled character arcs. I've planned a satisfying ending to the series that I'll comment when the series is done, and I wouldn't be surprised if George R.R. Martin finishes the last book in this way. I've gone into the lore of the books, prophecies, and understood characters minds and motives. S8 goes against so much of what's been built up through the past 7 seasons it's ridiculous and I'm furious it happened that way. Game of Thrones deserved so much more as a series.
