Makes no sense because ive exported other videos since then with no problems so its defo something to do with the footage but im gonna spend today trying more stuff and hopefully get something out for you, even if i have to fiddle with the footage a little. Sorry for the hassle guys <3

2023-07-21 13:17:21 +0000 UTCupdate on situation - Literally tried everything, the ammount of new exports ive tried and all have the black screen so it makes me worry that the footage has corrupted. The error message I get in premiere pro is "error retrieving frame" and then it lists hundreds of them. I've tried every fix that comes up in google and alos tried exporting at diff resolutions etc and its not happy at all.
