2023-06-18 20:27:57 +0000 UTCthere are a lot of gems that have two part names, like snowflake obsidian. it's usually just to identify different types of a gem/mineral like there's also crocodile jasper (which im pretty sure the corruptions + jasper's corrupted form are inspired by) or moss/tree agate. i only know this cause i had a very brief geology phase when i was like 8 lol

The tweet had God saying Rose’s speech from Straight to Video to Jesus. 2023-06-09 18:35:21 +0000 UTCI watch on a tablet and I've discovered if they go over half an hour I have to stop, close the tab and reopen it or else everything starts lagging badly and eventually locks up. The same thing happens with another reactor I watch who uses Vidyard for her Patreon uploads. The Streamable posts don't lag or freeze, but they don't keep the video height/width ratio when made full screen, so everything is stretched. I don't know of an all-around good service for this stuff, but I've gotten used to the quirks of each.

2023-06-09 17:41:01 +0000 UTCWhen I originally posted that comment, I was referring to people who watched after the show was finished. A common complaint from people who weren't originally watching was that the ending felt rushed. They didn't have to deal with the horrid release schedule.

2023-06-09 17:34:03 +0000 UTCNot fully true after they said yes to a movie they asked for them to make future since it didn't make sense for a movie to come out of the show wasn't continuing in Warner's eyes edit: and to add on to it the reason people had issues with it were even more so with the release schedule more then anything else which now adays is largely a non issue and I would also say is why SU reputation has been slowly on the climb again this past year or two

2023-06-09 17:33:16 +0000 UTCI was gonna do this later, but I don't know how far ahead you guys record, so...VERY IMPORTANT (NON-SPOILER) DETAIL REGARDING SEASON 5! A lot of people don't know this when watching the show and their judgement becomes skewed because of it. Steven Universe was supposed to actually have a 6th season. However, there was one particular plot point that the execs (really) did not like, so they gave Rebecca Sugar a choice; Cut out that plot point or lose a season. Rebecca chose the latter. Because of this, they didn't get a season 6 and season 5 comes across to a lot of fans as "rushed." Personally, I have no problem with it and enjoyed the ending. Either way, I feel it's important information to have. The only reason we got the SU Movie and Future as epilogues was because the Crewniverse practically begged the execs to allow it. A sentiment I agree with because I feel the epilogue story is very important.
