2023-05-29 00:01:46 +0000 UTCFrench toast, but *thin*, actually. With waffles as a close second. But pancakes feel like total... nothing? Much better if they've got berries or some such in them, but... even then, waffles kinda feel like an improvement. Dipping french toast in a bit of syrup is just *perfect*. If we're talking any way other than syrup, then waffles would win out, though. And waffles are the only one of the three I'd eat plain. French toast is also pretty cheap to make in-bulk as meal prep sorta stuff, whereas the best case for that with waffles tends to be, like, frozen eggo fare, or whatnot. Both of which are nice and all, but french toast is definitely "too much" for some people, as it's honestly closer to a dessert than anything. Which, like, fair. Not everyone has that much of a sweet tolerance, however, and not everyone's into sweet-and-savory. That's down to the individual, though-- doesn't mean there's anything wrong with any particular food (nutrition nonwithstanding). I'm also the sort who's A.O.K. with pineapple on pizza, to pair with something savory like ham, and I'm also fine with cloyingly sweet things like mountain dew voltage or the like (though, I still tend not to drink soda, as it's suuuuper unhealthy). Everyone has different tolerances for different tastes, though. I can't handle bitter very well, for example, which makes plenty of things taste like garbage, and my tolerances for spicy and sour are on the lower end (despite liking both a fair bit). Just sounds like a case of "cloyingly" sweet foods being a poor fit for your palette, as it doesn't have that range.

But to be fair, I have had a french toast once or twice where it was mostly egg, like a layer of SCRAMBLED EGG on it haha. It's supposed to be diluted with milk/cream before dipping.

2023-05-25 18:00:10 +0000 UTCI feel obligated to tell you guys that this show has an amazing Latin-american Dub, and the Hitman episode it's an example of it.... The part where Jake says "No way man, you already messed up enough Stuff, you'll probably kill us too" in the Latin-american Dub they took some creative liberty and made Jake say "Don't believe him Finn, they pulled one of these on my brother and now I'm full of nephews" 🤣🤣🤣 Honestly.... The Latin-american Dub of this show it's one of the best and funniest in Cartoon History, mainly thanks to the fact that they let the actors use a lot of Mexican slang.

Pancakes even without syrup are cakey and kinda sweet, French toast has that good versatility bro. You can down it in syrup or slap some sausage and cheese between it and it's just good no matter what
