2023-05-02 19:38:24 +0000 UTCThe significance of Stephen Chow's character stepping on the soccer ball in the beginning is a head nod to his previous film (also fucking hilarious, like all his movies), Shaolin Soccer. I also really enjoyed God Of Cookery, Out Of The Dark, and his two part film take on Journey to the West, called Chinese Odyssey.
