You can think of him as a r*pist because he's "coded" that way, the same way characters like Ronaldo and Peridot could be representations/symbolism for people on the Autistic spectrum... But the matter of fact here is.... You cannot.... Or at least you shouldn't judge a character for what YOU THINK they MIGHT do in other circumstances/other format. We have Kevin's character right here... He's kinda creepy with girls and he's an annoying jerk, no more no less. God... The only reason why im kinda defending him it's simply because I find his demeanor (specially the one he has in the later episode he's in) very hilarious, like.... He's actually so pathetic and miserable that you end up pitying him and can't help but just laugh at everything he says or does. He's a sad clown trying to pass as a Cool guy, but he's just that... A sad and harmless Clown. And with that I'm ending this conversation, i don't feel like answering anymore. Have Nice Day/Night.

2023-04-29 02:40:42 +0000 UTCSteven and Connie are just kids and they felt like they were being harassed, so it's totally understandable they don't like him, especially when he keeps acting the way he does. Stevonnie was visibly uncomfortable with Kevin when they met (not just with him, but Stevonnie was already freaking out because Connie's anxiety about people staring surfaced and then Kevin decided to walk into their personal space.) Kevin kept insisting, putting his hand too close and calling them "baby" and ignoring/not treating what they said seriously. Stevonnie even ran away because of the anxiety, but he followed them, and not out of any concern for them.

Steven HATES him in this episode when what happened in season 1 should only make him feel uncomfortable and mildly upset. What Kevin did was wrong but i don't think it deserves outright HATE from either Steven nor the audience. He's simply annoying, but mostly harmless.

Also, I gotta side with Stevonnie, they literally did say "I don't want to dance anymore". Body language was very clear too, they didn't want anything to do with Kevin and he clearly did not care. He sees people as tools and it's sad and pretty gross.

Edit I just realized Ruff lives in Texas so he has probably came across an allsups at some point and I hope he has tried the burritos

But i still feel like Steven's hate towards him is kinda unjustified, sure he was a little creepy the first time they met but the whole part about "we kept saying no but he kept insisting" it's simply not true. Kevin approached Stevonnie and asked them to dance together... With Stevonnie just fleeing the scene without saying anything, then Kevin appeared again and insisted on Dancing once and they ACCEPTED, it was at that moment that they defused while dancing and it was Kevin the one who peaced out after seeing they are just kids. Like I said.... He was being kinda creepy in that moment.... But that definetly doesn't justify the hatred that Steven has for him in this episode. Also Fun Facts: the episode Beach City Drift it's NOT a Tokyo Drift reference, it's actually an anime reference (thou I cannot remember the name of the anime). And one last thing.... Ronaldo losing his Girlfriend because of Steven's scheme is the one thing in this whole show that i still won't forgive... You simply can't do that to a Bro. And the worst part is that the show never confirms if Ronaldo was able to explain the misunderstanding 😩😩😩.
