It's alittle confusing and I belive it may be covered in an episode from Ultimate alien. But essentially think of it like if that iteration of Ben stuck to a certain timeline he would of turned out like that. I believe over the course of all the shows: Original, Alien Force, Ultimate Alien, and Omniverse there a 3-4 different future versions of Ben that you get to see.

The Alien is called WayBig, yall just assumed wrong when you heard Ben 10k listing the aliens. Hope this clears things up
