2023-03-06 00:36:20 +0000 UTCi mean impulsivity is not an inherently..... positive?? trait most of the time i think? you can still have a personality without being impulsive so i dont rlly think garnet and pearl trying to get her to think things through more and not be as impulsive means that they don't accept her for who she is. bc it becomes an issue for all of them if her impulsiveness is affecting how the team works. with that being said her feelings and insecurities are still valid, both of these things can and do exist simultaneously

I think when she sometimes gets impulsive it's because she is feeling insecure about herself, which is what I think Steven's line "she doesn't want to think about herself" is referring to. Atleast that's what I took from the episode when I first watched it.

I think they’ve all grown more from raising Steven together than anything

Then you would have to switch to HBO Max for season 5, the movie, and Steven Universe Future.

But as others have said, now is the perfect time to watch the extended intro, it's very sweet 💜 Regarding Amythest, she is definitely insecure and you guys are right about them fussing at her not helping, but I like that this calls back to On the Run a little bit. That shame about being made on earth didn't just vanish because Pearl apologized, Amythest still has a lot of insecurities on her own regarding who she is and whether she's good enough. It's very refreshing that this show starts consistent with this stuff, nothing is wrapped up and resolved overnight, if that makes sense. Growth takes time!

It's pretty fun looking into the little differences that were discovered by fans through out the series airing.

So in this world Walt Disney never lost the rights to Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, so never moved to California from Kansas, so now Kansas is the movie making capitol of the US. There's a couple of other changes too, like the state that beach city is in is called Del Marva, and the New York equivalent is called Empire City.
