It's implied that Stolas plans to give Blitz one of those so he won't have a reason to borrow his grimoire anymore, which was the basis of their relationship in the first place

The page is written in runic text largly based on an already existing alphabet (though some of the runic letters seem to have been swapped with others) Essentially asmodean crystals are mainly given to Sukkubi and Inkubi so they can go to the mortal realm to do their lust-given jobs. So Stolas may have been looking for a way to let Blitz still run his business but no longer need the tome to do so. Either trying to cut ties altogether or at the very least make the relationship no longer based on the transactional deal.
