came here for steven stayed for the religious commentary. Not going to lie H-mans right about Bible camp the one I went to you had a choice of going to morning service (aka quiet service) or night service where they sang and blasted music. they had water slides, rock climbing walls, pools, and a go cart track. was definetly worth the 400 bucks to go even though I've never been religious

2023-01-22 01:30:08 +0000 UTCConnie lives in the town next to Beach city, and while yes the gems travel all over the earth, most of the gem locations are empty, and the only population seeing the gems is essentialy Beach city. Also you were talking over it all, so you missed the fact Pearl doesn't like eating, they can eat but its not neccesarry and Pearl just doesnt like the feeling, so a dinner would be out of question.

Always surprises me when catholics or christians act the opposite of what their religion tells them and gets surprise why ppl dont open up to it. The most gossipy people are in church. Idk i just wish better for the community being a christian.

Lying to your parents, okay given how overprotective they can be I can't say I blame her for not being fully honest entirely, but she told the stupid lie. Just, keep it as simple and close to the truth as possible, his mom is dead, he's being raised by his dad and his mom's family.

2023-01-20 22:44:34 +0000 UTCRonaldo is clearly a character that is meant to represent a Person in the Authistic Spectrum, i understand this because i am also on that spectrum as well, people who act like this do it as a form of escapism or just as a personal way to interpret reality, even i as a kid did that kind of stuff... although in my case was that i believed i had the potential to control different elements like water, earth or fire depending on the color of the Karate Belt i had at the time (among other kinds of beliefs). i will borrrow a Princess Bubblegum quote from Adventure Time for this specific instance.... "Everyone is built different, we don't have to understand it... we only need to respect it". also guys... you didn't pay attention to the dialogue (although the subtitles were a bit off) but the reason Steven couldn't just bring Pearl to the dinner it's because she hates eating, Steven himself says it when he's figuring out who to bring along (also even it wasn't listed as reason, it is pretty clear by this point of the show that Pearl doesn't like Greg).

Though, the vampire kid story was off-putting. Since you guys are moving through these so much faster now, I feel it's VERY important to note that both Hulu and HBOMax have incorrect episode orders at the end of Season 1/start of season 2. They're in order of when they aired, which got screwed up by Cartoon Network, so after Season 1, episode 45, they get screwy for a little bit. The Intended Viewing Order: S1 E46: Open Book (listed as S1 E51) S1 E47: Shirt Club (listed as S2 E3) S1 E48: Story for Steven (listed as S2 E2) S1 E49: The Message (listed as S1 E46) S1 E50: Political Power (listed as S1 E47) S1 E51: The Return (listed as S1 E48) S1 E52: Jail Break (listed as S1 E49) S2 E1: Full Disclosure (listed as S1 E50) S2 E2: Joy Ride (listed as S1 E52) S2 E3: Say Uncle (listed as S2 E1) From Season 2, episode 4, the episode order is normal for the rest of the series. Yes, though, this is how bad it was. I hope you guys see this, 'cause trust me, things feel very awkward otherwise. HS and MS are a hard time and somebody will cope with it via extreme escapism. My school definitely had a few vampire kids, I only met them when I started hanging out with the Anime kids from time to time.
