so the origin story is the same, this wasn't an origin movie, everyone knows his origin, so they just decided not to tell it, this has all been set after his origin. so uncle Ben already died and gave Peter the legendary line and inspired him to be a hero.

He's the uncle of Miles Morales, the Spider-Man after Peter (and the Main Lead of Into the Spiderverse!). They drop a few Miles hints here and there, but that is one of them! Another Fun Fact, the concept of Ned (Best Friend of Spider-Man who is the "guy in the chair" is also taken from Miles' storyline. His name is originally Ganke Lee. A lot of Tom Holland's Spider-Man is kinda just stuff frankensteined between Peter Parker and Miles Morales. That's why this Peter feels different compared to the others: he is!
