Without spoiling anything, I think it would be a good idea for you guys to get into the habbit of not skipping the credits for this show.

2022-09-14 10:11:15 +0000 UTCWhen they say 'the valley' they don't mean the whole continent. They mean the valley that Wartwood is in. In the first episode they explain the valley is surrounded by mountains that block them off from the rest of the continent. You can see on the map for the electoral zones the green 'Wartwood' zone covers the whole valley region. It's kinda like how in the UK you have the city of Nottingham, but also the county of Nottinghamshire.
2022-09-08 17:35:52 +0000 UTCI like this episode because it helps establish the power dynamic between the toads and the frogs. It’s such nice world building that helps the show stand out. A good way to tell the difference between frog and toad characters is Toads tend to be on the bulkier side and have claws.
