Cammy turned her head away, and let out a soft sigh. "I'm such a failure. This was my first assignment, and it wasn't supposed to be hard either. And yet from the start I failed to even make it clear you were under arrest. Then I was too weak to even win once the fight started..."
"Oh come on, don't beat your self up too much. I already did enough of that." Sakura joked, holding Cammy a little bit tighter for support. Her opponent's mood didn't seem to improve much. Cammy was silent for a second, before giving her target a slight side-eye.
"Why are you still here? You had every reason to get out of here while I was unconscious."
"I mean isn't it obvious?" Sakura asked. "You're taking me in, aren't you?"
Cammy turned to face her. "I...am? But you said you didn't think you'd done anything wrong."
"And I didn't, but you did beat me after all. So I'm your prisoner now."
"...?"
"Oh come on. Sure, I may have knocked you out, but you had me like four different times during that fight. You proved you could have taken me out in seconds if you wanted to, but you actively chose to keep me in the fight every time. I can't say I actually won when you were going so easy on me."
Cammy didn't know what to say, but she wasn't going to deny her target's point either. She had been kicking herself for keeping Sakura awake this long, but she hadn't even considered that the fact she even had to make that choice in the first place spoke to her superiority in terms of skill.
"... Thank you, Ms. Kasugano. I'm sure once you explain yourself you'll get off without any legal punishment."
"Don't mention it. I came to this country as part of my training, and you're by far the best opponent I've faced since I came here. It's the least I could do."
On that note, Cammy tried to stand up, but her body was still heavy, and she quickly fell back into Sakura's embrace.
"Hey, take it easy. It's only been like ten minutes. Lets rest a bit longer before we get back on our feet."
Cammy closed her eyes as she felt Sakura gently press her own head into hers. "Sure... why not?..."
