Billing Paused for September (Sorry!)

So just like last month, I was pretty unsatisfied with the amount of work I completed for the period, and I'm still trying to catch up on art I owe people. Therefore, I'm going to be holding off on billing for another month, and we should be back to a normal schedule at the start of October.
