Hiya!
As some of you have asked me about my gym routine, I've decided to share it with you. These are the days I either choose from every day, or rotate routinely, depending on how I feel that day :)
Please, keep some things in mind:
- I am not a licensed health or fitness professional, this is my personal plan and should be used at your own discretion
- some of these exercises are not for beginners, study the plan carefully
- all of the exercises should be looked at in advance, please consult with someone if you have to
- rest is imperative; these workouts are not to be repeated without breaks
