Not sure who needs to hear this, but burnout - no matter what you do - is real. When you use tasks that have piled up, it's hard to believe that all you need is to take it easy, enjoy a day off, a good nap, or whatever it is that makes you feel better.
We all deal with it sometimes.
And sometimes, it's better to "lose" a day on self-care than a week or đore on recovery.
Look after yourself first. ♥️
