DiBS 0.3.8 Progress Log - Level Teasers

What's Worked On
West Wing Mall
West Wing ended up feeling like a reimagining of the mall. It actually looks pretty cool.
Out of curiosity, here's a comparison to the draft and what to expect. It's neat seeing it actually in the game.


Train Station
Some props are still being redesigned because they feel out of place, but the overall look and feel are finally in the game!
Finally, the trip to the train doesn't feel so empty anymore. Here are also the drafts for this one!


Animated Woof Eyes
Hey, would you look at that! He actually does the blinking thing. The heart will also start invisible, then appear after the blinks.
Cafe Lighting Test
Here's a small update to the cafe! Because it has a different color scheme, it'll take longer to nail down its look, so this will be implemented much later in development. In the meantime, here's testing out the lighting.


Known new bugs
- Cursor disappears when in fullscreen (haven't been able to replicate bug. Seems fixed though.)
Bugfixes
- Fixed Woof from duplicating when he picks up Mox.
- Aside from the above bug, not much. Focused on implementing levels.
Changelog
- Reenabled dialogue in the ship.
- Behind-the-scenes file reorganization.

The game update release is on August 31!
