You won't believe it but I've always wanted to draw William (or some other cat) with flash in his eyes! I go crazy when I meet a cat at night and has flashes in its eyes, my cat Fusilli does it too, they're too funny! This is something that really gave me satisfaction to do! XD
I wrote it in the past, once upon a time we children in Italy were allowed to taste liqueurs and alcohol on rare occasions. I remember perfectly when in the restaurant, during some parent's birthday, or marriages, I was given a bit of wine diluted with water, I must have been about 7-8 years old, it seemed completely normal to me. At Christmas I tasted everything, it was allowed and sometimes offered to me. My father always made me taste his drinks during card games... In the 80s parents smoked, drank, it was normal at home with children... Then the liqueur chocolates, I have never been forbidden to eat the Mon Cheri, filled with liquid liquor. And obviously limoncello in summer. I have to say that today it's very strange and difficult to explain, it seems like something out of the Gallagher family XD but it wasn't that strange and I didn't become an alcoholic! LOL
At home, minors could drink a little alcohol without problems if an adult was consenting, for example sparkling wine on New Year's Eve, for the toast at midnight. I used to go for lunch at my grandparents' house after school ( if my mum wasn't at home) I was 12-13 and I already had my half glass of red wine at my spot XD. I think that nobody does it anymore because two generations have passed, but I have a strong suspicion that monors drink out secretly, while if I went to a party (in middle school) my father gave me a bottle of Fragolino (a sweet sparkling red wine to serve with dessert with a little taste of strawberry) to bring to the family as cadeau, and the mother would open it and serve us a little when it came time for the cake!! XD
It's terrible to say these things because I only now realize that they are absurd XD LOL! Well, at least I can take advantage of the fact that I have an R-rated content flag to talk about alcohol served to children at home in the past haha! XD

Oh, Antonio got BUSTED! That's a nice shotgun he has. Well decorated. :) Heh, I remember when I first drank alcohol. I don't remember exactly how old I was, but I do remember I was WAY too young. I was at my uncle's birthday party, and there was a table with an assortment of drinks. By that time, I had grown to like non-alcoholic cider, but didn't know anything about alcohol, so when I saw there was some cider on the table, I took it. It tasted wierd, and things got a lot more fun after a while. :P And cider's stil my favorite drink. XD You know, I don't know how true this is, but I've heard that the culture around alcohol changes drastically depending on how north or southwards you go in Europe. In the north you drink to get drunk, while in the south you drink for the taste. So binge drinking is a common thing up north, and the stronger the drink (like vodka) the better. While in the south, alcohol might be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and before bed, but food's always involved, and the primary drink is wine.

XD About the conversation you and Silvador were having, I agree with what you both have said. :) I remember when I was 8 years old and my parents offered me to take a sip of their mix drink (that had whisky in it). And I remember hating it. XD So needless to say not all kids will get hooked onto alcoholic beverages when they're still young. moderation and self control is what parents need to do. :)
