Happy Easter!

In Italy, eggs are very large and can be bought instead of being found in the meadows. In our eggs there are always gifts inside, from toys to accessories, and 90% are branded. I know that this thing is not allowed in all countries, but it is a custom for us for many decades.
I chose an egg from the Bauli confectionary house, they also make the typical Italian Christmas sweets, such as the famous Pandoro. I chose it because the surprises inside are often useful and of high quality . You can find very nice accessories, such as silver earrings or purses, if you are woman, but there is also the men egg with gifts for males XD!
But I basically bought the egg out of tradition (and because I'm a chocolate lover XD)!
The best Easter memory of the last decades is from 2014, when I went to California to meet Ronald, when we were friends. It was Easter on April 24, my birthday.
I went out of his house that morning and went for a walk seeing the children looking for eggs in their yards and there were real rabbits roaming around! I've seen two!
Then with Ronald we went to Disneyland, I paid for the ticket because in Italy the the person celebrating offers the party (it's custom). I had never been to Disneyland in my entire life! *_*
My cake was a huge chocolate cupcake with strawberry icing for for breakfast, before leaving for the park!
Probably the best Easter (and B-Day) of my life! Such a good memories.

And you know it's funny, here in Sweden, the eggs are sometimes hidden from the children so they can have a scavenger hunt. For adults however, the eggs are given to as a gift. It's almost always candy inside, and as such the size of the eggs can vary dramatically! Although we don't really care about brands :P Ah, 2014. Back when the world didn't seem to get worse every day... So your birthday is on the 24th. A Gemini. I'll have to remember that :)
