Updates Pag. 59 COLOR VERSION

It may sometimes happen that Gianluca cannot publish the updates immediately, so, as I am doing now, we have decided that in these cases you'll find to download the update in this post, before G then publishes the new page on the site.

And in addition, here are some clues about William origins since Chapter 1! Do you know what it means for an author to keep this part of the story hidden for all these years? Thanks to you I can now draw it!! :D

The reason I couldn't tell about william's past is that R no longer wanted kids in the pages, after the meeting between Mary and Betty he had forbidden me any more flashbacks, you would never have seen William's past on the old site! And I assure you that it is fundamental to the story. 

ARANCINO is not William's real name, it is his NICKNAME, it will explain it on the next page but I wanted to warn you first, so as not to create false ideas.

If you are wondering "But William is not an Italian name." ...

No, it is not, but the reasons could be different ... for example ... 

• the parents gave him an English-speaking name because they wanted him to study and work abroad? 
• Isn't that his real name and did he change it to disappear? 
• Is it the English form of his Italian name, and therefore a second nickname? 
• Is it his real name because there is a relative or a (foreign) godfather who has given it on to him? 

I won't tell you this yet, for now you should only know that as a child William was called Arancino.

Arancino is a slightly elongated ball of rice, filled with sauce, meat and vegetables or cheese, it is called Arancino because it resembles an arancio/a: orange in English.

If any of you have seen my video at the Italian comicon Romics, which you can find on the site, at some point I stop at a street food booth inside the fair, and I point out the Arancini (Aracini is plural, ArancinO is singular) and I tell you ( in bad English ...) that it is a clue to a part of the story that I would have drawn! 

I have always warned you before, nothing has been written now!

Since from the first chapter there was the first clue on William's suitcase and the colors he wears are green for the whool vest, white for the shirt and the spats, and red for the pants! :)

So now you know where William comes from, and you will soon get to know his entire family and something important in his past that will mark his fate.

Etna is an Italian volcano, ACTIVE! It always appears to be dominated by a plume of smoke. At fairly close intervals it erupts! The view I drew is realistic, as you can see from the photos (you can Google ETNA ARANCETO) there are the orange groves on the slopes of Etna, they are exquisite orange trees and the most famous are called TAROCCHI! Fun fact: the word TAROCCHI in English also means TAROTS ... and that's why William's tarot card is SPECIAL, a strange game of fate! :D

Fun Fact 2 Off Topic: as Japan, in Italy we have famous volcanos and related rice balls... XD

If you have come to read this far... XD ( thank you!) I have a question for you, indeed, a request. Before publishing the texts of the new Character Bios on the site, I have to translate them into English. In the past I have commissioned to a friend, paying him, but now I would like to try it alone even if I am not as good as he is, but I think it is a good training and demonstration of commitment. Do you feel it, as my Patrons, to read the texts in advance in the next posts and correct me, helping me to fix them?
