Tarot Pinup Artwork THE ERMIT NSFW

This artwork is added to the project that Generic Phoenix commissioned me, to custom the Tarot Cards with the characters of PBB! The first two cards can be found in the same folder: The Devil and The High Priestess.

The cards are deliberately inspired by the RWS deck that Phoenix bought me last April for my birthday! So I was able to study the cards and have them as a reference! What can be cooler !?
What you see here is the photo of the Card, colored in traditional, it took me a lot of effort and time because there is no margin for error when working traditionally with markers...
Mary is The Hermit, if you know the meaning of the master cards she is perfect as a character, like all the others that Phoenix has chosen.
Since the background of the original card is simple, I placed Mary in a cave, and I was inspired by some caves that I have visited a lot of times (actually three XD) in Italy, called the Frasassi Caves. The stalactites and stallagmites are wonderful, they are pink but the water is reflected creating blue lights, perfect for the background of the card ( and they have a bit of a phallic shape LOL XD )!
I want to say that my markers are limited colors, I cannot create new ones, so when I choose them I have to try and overlap them. It's not as simple as photoshop, far from it. The lineart is traced with colored ballpens, the effects are done with a white gel pen.
$ 2 receives this photo as a reward to download, with natural lights, but the other tiers receive the scan, which is more quality and the colors are more faithful to the original.

They are beautiful too but different, they do not have those colors, but they are very long and can be visited aboard a small train. While those in Frasassi you visit them walking. One day I would like to go back, it's like entering a dream. :)

Dazzled is the right word because I got the fever the same day XD That's why I answer late ... no it wasn't Covid (I always want to specify it) but fever for the heat, an absolute record in Italy, it's been a hot summer for 4 months and it hasn't rained in Lazio ( my region) for three months ... the Italians can confirm , this year we are living in hell and I, with my health problems, sometimes I feel a fever, and sometimes it comes to me if it is so hot. Can't wait for it to rain!
