My dad is fine!
The surgery to remove the infection and clean the organs went well! He was in intensive care for a day and now moved to a regular department.
What he had? A septic shock: there’s a significant drop in blood pressure that can lead to respiratory or heart failure, stroke, dysfunction of other organs, and possibly death. But also severe sepsis: the infection is severe enough to affect organ function. Sepsis commonly originates from: abdominal or digestive system infections and lung infections like pneumonia, urinary tract infection, he had all three caused by a huge stone.
This stone will be removed in two weeks, in the meantime he will be at home with drainage and an IV, to be changed daily.
Fortunately for us, my father was assisted all the time by a guardian angel: my cousin Virginia ( like the US state :) is a common female name in Italy ^_^) , she is a hospital nurse daughter of his younger brother, who rescued him and immediately recognized the serious conditions and called his colleagues by ambulance. If it wasn't for her ...
She was in touch with mom for all the time, we have been blessed by her support!

As I said to Silvador I haven't had time to show it well, you just supposed it, since it was always saved after a fight, but it depends on what kind of fight it is ... whether it's unfair or not. Certainly when he was knocked out or there were too many, or ... he unexpectedly hit by a girl ;) About the debt collectors in England, they were equipped with club, knife and rifle XD you do little with your bare hands in that scenario LOL
