April 25 1994. Story Time and idea for PBB-Next.

It was April 25, exactly 26 years ago.
All his look is made based on a description of the text of a famous Italian song by Domenico Modugno, aka Mr. Volare! I mean the song: "Volare! Oh-oh! Cantare! Oh-oh-oh-oh!..." wich is famous all over the world, maybe you have heard it somewhere, it is as famous as our national anthem ...
Well, on the side there is the text of the lyrics that descript the outfit of a mysterious character, a man in frac ( frac: tail-coat)

BTW I imagined him as a Frog because in the song the man commit suicide jumping from a bridge into a river...for an heartbreaking love. SO SAD!! So I tought, if he had been a Frog ... he could survive! XD
The Man of the song has no a name, so I called the character just Lord Frog XD LOL...what a imagination...
So I just decided that Lord Frog will appear as BKG Character around the casino of Delight Castle XD because I never drawn a frog in PBB, except for the doll of baby Mary! If you are a fan you should rember it! ;) .
So frogs are already canon in this story! Why I haven't think to do it before?

What a great frog. I always enjoy seeing characters of a species that's not commonly used. I think he'll be perfect for Bon Bon.

OoO He looks way cool, Vanessa! :D You know...I think the name and how he looks (even with his eye brows being high) suit him. ^-^ He looks like (to me) a relative to Mr. Toad (from The Wind in the Willows). :) About the song: It's really good (an you're right I must of heard it somewhere before). ^_^ But BOY is it dark. O_O Can someone tell me how some of the most beautiful sounding songs have the most depressing lyrics? XD
