Sure. I'm not an author who turns carnivores in vegetarians and makes them have withdrawal symptoms LOL! My "universe" was born with Dillinger Derringer in which it is explained (in chapter 4) that the animal characters live on our planet earth that was abandoned by humans during a third world war ended with a deadly virus that killed almost all of the human, and a small part of them has probably fled to another planet ... But what is interesting is that the virus did not kill the animals and that it evolved a part of them! In my comic DD I talk about evolution as in Zootropia but after that the earth had already been inhabited by the human race. And that only a part of the animals has evolved, learned about the human life, and these new evolved race have continued to breed non-evolved animals for their survival. There is a vignette where you see a farmer who milks a non-evolved cow, chickens and a pig. Dillinger claims to eat pork in Chapter 3, terrorizing the Captain (an anthropomorphic pig). In another panel she catches and eats a small lizard. I don't want my carnivorous characters to be forced to become vegetarians because I love animals and for me it would be physical and psychological violence against them. So in my universe there are evolved animals and non-evolved animals. The latter can be horses for gigs, fish, poultry, some birds, insects ... etc. etc. In the comic Dillinger Derringer the protagonist is a hybrid, that is, an animal that instead of evolving has grown wild. There is no such character in the PBB universe, and if it existed it would be in a freak show ... I'm afraid. It was the custom of the late 1800s to make deformed people work in the circus, unfortunately.

Both panels are so full of detail! They're works of art on their own and you should be proud of them, Vanessa. Wonderful, wonderful work.
