I am so glad to draw Simon Blue in this new mature image of him, and in the same way I like to represent Mary more childish and talkative with him.
I have always planned this kind of personality ( and relationship) but before I could not represent them well, in a certain sense I also matured and reached awareness and ability to portray what I want to tell.
I believe we can understand that despite Simon Blue is a stubborn and stern character, he is also a "liberal" man on some sides of his character. On the one hand he wants discipline and rules for his daughter, but he is not so excessively patriarchal, and not sexist, if he allows Mary to be so talkative and straightforward with him, if Mary gives herself some freedom in challenging her father it is because, all things considered, he has her allowed to dialogue and express oneself without fear.
In a nutshell ... in this huge empty house Simon and Mary communicated with each other more than Elsa and Anna in Frozen XD LOL

Even in the preview that I see, Simon and Mary are being a LOT more expressive here than in the Legacy chapter. :O It's pretty cool. ^-^ Like what a father and daughter would actually do. lol I can't wait to see the new page when it comes out, Vanessa! ^o^ I also laughed at how you stated that Simon and Mary talk more than Elsa and Anna. XDDDD
