What basically happened at the end as that the personality of Vivy died, all the memories that made up her heart were erased... but the body and the core were still intact, so they re-activated her, but stopped being the Vivy we know... but just like what happended with Diva´s personality when she was "created" after Vivy saw the doctor take his life on episode 6, this new personality is still the same at the very bottom.
