Re. your discussion of the Cheapskate at the start: you're thinking of Tyler Cutebiker (the guy who was trying to decide between shirts), but, he wouldn't qualify as a cheapskate. There's the one episode where he can't decide between "Puma shirt? Panther shirt?" But in S2.1, "Scary-oke", when all the townspeople are walking into the party, Tyler walks past, and he is wearing the puma shirt and the panther shirt sewn together down the middle. So he bought *both*.

2022-05-12 01:26:58 +0000 UTCSoos seeing Stan as a father figure is so wholesome and it explains why he wants to be like him and run the shack one day. They also had that conversation about Dipper in his memory where he told Soos about his childhood so Stan probably feels like a father to him too.
