What constitutes a spoiler is subjective, that's the problem with it. A spoiler is literally a piece of information that spoils the story for the individual. If the recipient's enjoyment of a series is not ruined by the information, it's not a spoiler. That's why it's so much more destructive when addressing a huge amount of people. You're bound to spoil something for someone if you're giving story information.
However, there are situations where spoiling something for someone else is fine. For instance, if it's your video, your patreon or whatever, and you have warned people that you're going to be talking about a certain thing, even just mentioning in your title that you will be talking about this show, I don't think they have a right to complain. They should go watch the show then so they can participate in the discussion about it.
I find that if I get spoiled, I just postpone watching that show for a year or so. That way I mostly forget about the spoilers, and I can still enjoy the show. But that doesn't work for everyone of course.

For the meme in question at the beginning i thought you were talking about "dog and girl" not "terrible day for rain" but roughly any spoiler has one important thing in common "context". Names, places, things, even saying X character vs Y character, or directly quoting with out context is not a spoiler. Any amount of context is a spoiler.

What I consider a spoiler:
- Who vs Who. We know that good guy will fight bad guy. But we don't know who is against whom. That's why the "M" vs "D" fight is so interesting (because we didn't expect that to happen).
- Power ups/transformations
- Bad guy Magic/Devil Fruit/Skill
- Back Story
- Lineage
- Betrayal
- Death
- Fake-out Death
- Identity Reveal
- New member in MC's group

Most intros are attention grabbers vs spoilers IMO, and some of them have been getting creative like having fake outs etc. For example with the JJK opening 1 how it had a “spoiler” 😭 I think it’s a matter of how much context you have in what you’re watching. If the song slaps I’m not skippin, spoilers or not
Can also confirm the maes hughes memes. It was everywhere before I even started to watch anime, but it comes and goes like most things on the internet 😅

I have to stand on H Man side for this Brotherhood ist the recommendation and if you start then normally you don't stop before you hit 12 eps.
