The person she was talking to, should have noticed by now that they could not reach her. And should be making that surprise visit soon. I would tell her that there behind her to the left. What she needs to do is find a stone and throw it to the left. Then she needs to wait till they start running to her left. Then move to her right to put some distance between them. That should buy her the time she needs for her friends to find her.
