anime rules? Girl this is how men are IRL, men overthink things when it comes to love especially when it's someone they really care about and don't want to mess up anything with them, it's actually very realistic, and you know when he told her that he had a fiancé he was talking about her and that's why he said he loved her after you find out it was a lie I mean it's very heavily implied 🥴 I have to say that I'm a huge fan of the way that the writers handled relationships in this anime, I feel like it's so cliché to have the entire cast romantic relationships in full bloom throughout the show and always on display, I think it's really nice to get a little moments every now and then, maybe that's just me though
