It is easier for me to develop the parody if I have some knowledge of the plot of the original story and its characters or if the original story is simple and straight forward. That is because I try avoid contradicting the original story to make the parody more enjoyable.
For example, I have a feeling that Fate/stay night is a complicated story and Hybrid x Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia is more straight forward, though I haven’t seen either of them. I have watched 3-4 of the shows (or manga) in this short list.
The list is partly based on your suggestions and my personal preference.
