Running Deeper - strengthen my control as you trance and exercise

Sometimes, the most powerful trance states can be found not through relaxation, but through exertion. Any task that is done without much conscious effort can bring you into profound states of hypnosis. And you know how I love making your body stronger and you mind weaker for me.

This track is set to 178 bpd -- a little shy of the 'ideal' 180 bpd running pace. My voice will keep those feet moving rhythmically as the beat in the background mixes with my control to push you forward.

Your mind will drop into total absorption, openness, mindlessness, as your body works itself for me, showing me how obedient you can be. Burn away your resistance with those legs pumping more submission into your head.

CN: Designed to be listened to whilst running. Instruction to run begins about a minute into the file. Suggestions to feel easy, light, able to breath, to enjoy the rhythm of running. Instruction to stay aware enough of your surroundings. Themes of obedience and weakening resistance. Ends the run at the end of the file, but you could always loop it again for a HIIT style workout!

This file is AMAZING. Just coming back as a Patreon to Goddess Trix. I am a runner and for me is running is a meditation. But to run, and submit to Goddess, run to please Her, to let go whilst running was amazing. I have wanted to up my cadence for several months now, and this instantly took my cadence up from 170 to 178. I immediately knocked 12secs off of my km pace . It was so amazing to follow Goddesse's rhythm, just perfect, it took me into trance, whilst being aware which is sublime. I run with Shokz Bone headphones so am aware of dangers around me. This was the first time I listened to this, on my almost daily 10k. It would be great to have a version without the intro or warm-down walk. I typically run 1-2 hours, up to a 25km run, so if I loop this, I don't want to be instructed to walk after 15-16mins. But otherwise truly amazing, and a wonderful file, with purpose, for me to find my way back to submitting to Goddess.

This is a work of art. I ran 3 miles this morning looping this twice. By the third mile I was deeply tranced (but still mindful of traffic and dogs) and ran a PR for that last mile. That plus the unexpected thrill of being tranced in public made this exquisite. I can’t wait to see how it works over several runs this week. I just need to figure out what to listen to for the 10 to 15 minutes of my post run stretches + quarter-mile cool down walk home.

I already do listen to your trances while I run, they are perfect for just putting one foot in front of the other without thinking. I'm lucky to have access to the beach so my runs are deserted, probably wouldn't recommend on busy roads! This one was something else though, I don't think I have ever moved so fast. The beat is perfect for running and your voice is always perfect for taking me out of my environment. Edit: Patreon won't let me post images but Strava tells me I just ran my PR for the mile! I could feel that beat was getting me to move faster than usual but that is amazing.

Fantastic I have used this with my elliptical and rowing machines. That way I can keep my eyes closed and focus on your voice. Too bad it isn’t 20 minutes in length
