You enlist the help of a kind understanding hypnotherapist. At first, she seems perfect, and you're eager to co-operate as she counts you into trance to the sound of her metronome.
But this therapist has nefarious plans for you. She'll exploit your needs for connection, twisting your mind so that all your desires are projected at her.
Staring into her eyes, she has her hypnotic suggestions take root in your mind, ensuring your desire to obey her, obsessing your thoughts with fantasies of pleasing her.
Of course, she needs a cover up, gaslighting you into believing your behaviour in the session was out-of-turn, cutting off your ability to visit other therapists and making you believe your issues are to blame. You end by agreeing that you'll need to come back, again and again, to work with her as she makes you better...

As I was listening, I felt as though some parts had been added that relate to my current mindset, but now that I'm coming back to my senses a bit, that doesn't seem feasible, and I'm starting to forget what those parts were that seemed so intense and pleasurable just moments ago. I do remember wanting to comment here that I am committed to this process and committed to needing this therapist experience, still feeling some pleasure at following the instruction to express that commitment. Three times a week seems like a good number. Oh, and I do remember wanting to say thank you for linking this previous session that I forgot about and I hope I will remember where to find it as I feel so very, very good right now.
