I can see what you mean about the ending and woody's loyalty but isn't that kind of the point in regards to woody's character? They seeded in the opening scene woody having second thoughts and almost getting in the box with bowie. Though out the movie continuing to break his character down and exploring the idea of purpose, which I think is great to see because it means growth. The loyalty is great but its not without fault. As for Bonnie she moved on from woody and showed no hint of a desire to find him as she had in her mind left him in the closet where he had been for weeks. She didn't even really directly interact with him though out the movie either. all in all not my favorite of the four but still loved it and your reactions.
