Also Matt had been training in hand to hand since he was 10ish... whereas Dex was practicing his hand eye Coordination since the same age. Both highly skilled but in different areas

2023-12-29 18:30:31 +0000 UTCMatt is literally trained by and gone toe to toe with ninjas. Dex I imagine has done some basic hand to hand probably boxing and judo. Dex' main strength is as a marksman in the comics Punisher says that Bullseye's hand to hand is a joke but he always commends his marksmanship and he "never misses". The thing is Dex has the suit which tanks most of the damage he even took a bullet from the FBI. Great reaction can't wait for the next.

Most law enforcement are taught very basic restraint/personal protection training, more of a focus on self defence and restraining individuals. Not being the agresser, unlike Matt who was trained by an Assassin
