I will be posting additional pages from this story this coming week. I recently finished the flashback portion of the epilogue and now the story shifts to present day. After rescuing Supergirl from Dark Reign’s clutches, Wonder Woman brought the broken Girl of Steel back to her downtown high-rise loft where she could safely rest and recuperate. Within days, Supergirl’s physical wounds quickly healed. But, a more insidious pain still remains in Kara’s psyche. The mental scars inflicted by Dark Reign's degradation and the disturbing actions of betrayal by the people of Earth. Now, in the sanctuary of Diana Prince’s private home, Kara Danvers attempts to overcome the trauma she has endured. This story is narrated from Supergirl's point-of-view.
