Bad Batch Internet Problems

Just wanted to let you guys know that the next Bad Batch arc IS completed, and has been since Friday night, but we have no internet currently.

We've been dealing with AT&T and they're supposed to have a tech come by today. I was hoping to have had it posted by now, but they should have it fixed by this evening. Once we're good to go, I'll have it posted on here for you guys ASAP.

(Also, I know we've recently posted the Mission Impossible videos where we were joking about AT&T, but we filmed that over a month ago. After filming that video they sent us a new modem, and so this is now a NEW problem.)

I had AT&T as a cell provider for a long time. Can confirm they didn’t give a rip about me. I knew people that had a business account with them for over a decade, as they were the only provider that worked for most of that time where they were at out in the woods. Suddenly, no service! After they were able to get ahold of them, “We’re no longer covering you’re area, you need to find another provider” Over 20 devices on the account.

It was especially bad at the old house, where we worked from home but had no internet for 4 months. I was driving into town every day to upload footage from somewhere with internet, and even leeched Prime's internet before. We have a few more options where we're at now, so we might be looking into another provider. The truth is that they ALL suck in one way or another out here.

I know it’s easier said than done, but I couldn’t tolerate such a crappy internet connection. I used to work 100% from home, and I know others that still do. I know physicians who do telemedicine. People earn a living through the internet. If I can be constructive in any way, have you written an open letter documenting your internet problems? Asking the simple question of why their service is consistently unreliable despite your on time payments? Or, not to reward AT&T, but some of my friends have purchased business internet lines and will hold the ISP to compensation for any outage due to the SLA. With that said, me and my buddies work in IT, so that’s the justification
