1. Make sure its on in the settings under "player lock"
2. L3 + R3 to activate/deactivate it
3. Right Stick flick to change player, dont forget it relies on your default player switching when defending, so its the same way! [ball relative/player relative depending on your settings]
4. Used mainly down the wings, or to create confusion by tricking your opponent
