In today video we go over some examples of defensive movement actions which includes:
-Jogging/Walking (Left Stick Movement)
-Running (R2 +Left Stick Movement)
-Jockey (L2 + Left Stick Movement)
-Running Jockey (L2 + R2 + Left Stick Movement)

This will reinforce how effective it is use the running jockey, firstly we go over all the examples on the interceptor skill game, which you can practice yourself the movement in your own time just to see your timing phases, the most efficient method is to run into the passing lane, then use the running jockey to cut the passing lane or intercept the ball, but for now, just focus on each of the defensive movement and you will see why the running jockey is the most superior.
