In today's video we go over a walkthrough of episode 7, you will see in the future episode how running jockey works in itself and compared to other, but just for this episode we want to focus on how the running jockey is used and where the normal run button is used.
In essence, RUN (R2) is used to basically get IN FRONT of your opponent, and the Running Jockey (L2+R2) is used to DEFEND, think of it like every defensive action, whether its a tackle, an interception, trying to cut the passing lanes a block, anything at all you are meant to use the running jockey. So the run button is only used to quickly get from point A to B, once your in a position to use the defensive action, then you would use the running jockey.
